Our rates are based on a sliding scale. The more work you have for us the less we charge per hour.

The most efficient way to hire us is to write a “honey do list”. From your list we are able to give you an estimate by phone, fax or e-mail.

Phone, fax or e-mail estimates are encouraged for projects or lists of projects that will take 2 hours, 4 hours or even a full day. This will save time and money for both of us and the aggravation of waiting endlessly for contractors to return bids. It also saves on fuel costs and time, (our non-renewable resources). We hold a couple days a week open to fit your projects in between larger jobs. We also make efforts to work in specific areas on certain days of the week to be more efficient.

Our trucks come equipped with many of the essentials to do a variety of projects. Our tooling allows us to work quickly and efficiently. Our skill helps us to deliver quality to you.
